Title Administrative Assistant Office Manager Wanted
Job Description

Zall Commercial Real Estate is seeking an Administrative Assistant Office Manager to join our retail brokerage team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Duties included but not limited to

Responsibilities:

  • Generate real estate contracts thru CTME software program
  • Manage real listings-managing signage, lock boxes and marketing program
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Act as liaison with the brochure and graphic arts company
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Coordinate with our social media director
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Manage Constant contact email blasts
  • Create real estate contracts thru CTME
  • Able to work independently
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft office, Costar, Crexi, CTME-Real estate documents
  • Constant Contact
  • Public Notary (or be able to get one)
