Title Marketing Coordinator Wanted
Job Description

Commercial brokerage firm seeks experienced Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer for our growing office.

The function of this position is to professionally support Principals and Brokers in all manner of sales enabling them to service their clients. This position carries a high degree of self-direction, requires a candidate with a proactive work ethic that can exercise significant amounts of latitude in judgment and prioritize while managing multiple projects

Duties included but not limited to

DESIGN

  • Design and create marketing materials for a team of brokers, including but not limited to:
    • Brochures
    • Postcards
    • Market Surveys
    • Property Tour Packages
    • Investment Packages
    • Proposals
    • Newsletters
    • Press Releases
    • Maps
    • Advertisements

MARKETING

  • Create & Coordinate Email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and Catalyst
  • Manage Constant Contact Contacts / Broker lists and keep up to date
  • Manage Lee Landing Page / Website
  • Aid in the development, formulation, and strategy for marketing listings as well as business development for individual brokers and the entire team.
  • Manage and maintain online listings using Costar, Loopnet, Catalyst and local office website
  • Send out weekly communications to Lee Denver Team on recent deals closed, & new listings
  • Submit Press Releases to local media outlets
  • Ordering real estate signs for brokers as needed
Position Requirements

Skills Needed:

  • Ability to multi-task multiple levels of projects and meet deadlines required.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Graphic Design experience, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud experience:
    • Efficient in InDesign and Illustrator
    • Basic Photoshop skills
    • Well versed in Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact or other email marketing applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to detail A MUST

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS – (Skills, experience, etc.)

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in performing similar marketing and administrative functions with Executive level individuals and/or with a team of 4 or more.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills
  • Design and writing
