Job Description

West Metro Denver Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

Office is compliant with CDC guidelines regarding COVID; face masks are required to enter; workspace is protected with plexiglass shields.

TITLE: Administrative Assistant
CLASSIFICATION: Approximately 30 hours
REPORTS TO: Owner / Managing Broker
HOURS: Monday – Friday, hours to be discussed
LOCATION: West Lakewood
START DATE: As soon as possible
BENEFIT: Working in a fun, challenging industry with a diverse array of responsibilities. Includes a stable set of co-workers in a small company.
COMPENSATION: $ 19-21 / Hour DOE, Benefits to be discussed.

Duties included but not limited to

Essential Functions:

  • Perform administrative, organizational and special project duties for Managing Broker, five Commercial Brokers and Commercial Property Manager
  • Answer telephone and transfer as needed, be the first point of contact for the company
  • Provide timely and accurate work as requested. Maintain several weekly, monthly and historical reports and commercial real estate databases
  • Complete contract documents for listings, leases, and sales accurately and timely
  • Ensure office supply inventory; maintain office equipment
  • Open and distribute incoming mail; handle and post all outgoing mail
  • Provide marketing support to all brokers
  • Act as Notary – or obtain Notary License during first 90 days employment
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of Word and Excel are required
  • Internet based updating of databases, searches, and research skills; must have knowledge of database management
  • Self-starter with ability to accomplish tasks and prioritize with little direct supervision
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others
  • Minimum Three (3) years administrative responsibilities
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong public and telephone relations skills; ability to provide excellent client service to prospects/tenants/vendors/owners
  • Experience in a Commercial or Residential Real Estate office preferred
  • Familiar with Dropbox database management
  • QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
  • Business casual dress code
