|Title||Seeking Residential Condo Community Property Manager|
Self-managed 570 unit mixed-use residential community with some retail is seeking a property manager to oversee all aspects of the building and manage 20 person staff.
|Duties included but not limited to||
General association management and oversight including office and staff, financial, maintaining building systems, enforcement of rules and requirements, handling problems and issues, major project oversight, and other directives and initiatives set by Board of Directors.
HOA Management License not required but would be helpful. Membership in a related trade association desirable. Candidate should have experience in managing a residential HOA community.
