Job Description

The Transaction Manager will support the Newell Team at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, a local, dynamic, energetic commercial real estate group. The Transaction Manager will interact directly with the Director of Team Operations and Brokers to support the rapid growth of the Newell Team.

Duties included but not limited to

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Anticipate the needs of the team and be an active participant in all parts of a transaction
  • Work closely with brokers to manage entire marketing, negotiation, due diligence and closing process of multiple transactions at one time
  • Knowledge of multifamily assets, including building operations, financial and operating statement underwriting
  • Frequently interface with clients, building owners, property managers, title companies, lenders and real estate brokers
  • Compose and revise legal documents, such as the approved Colorado Division of Real Estate Forms, Listing Agreements, Contacts, Addendums and Letters of Intent; ability to read fine print in legal documents
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets in order to monitor listings, proposals, lease/sales comparable information, broker opinion valuation, sold deals, etc
  • Track and manage all closings documents using a transaction checklist to ensure continuity, proper communication and documentation
  • Maintain all listing websites keeping property information current (CREXi, CoStar, LoopNet, Listing Lab and MLS); including ability to capture all leads and disburse in a timely manner
  • Create, revise and distribute marketing materials including maps, aerials, brochures, proposals, submarket updates, market analyses, and other relevant documents
  • Coordinate/manage mailings and email broadcasts; manage distribution process and list updates and report on activity
  • Schedule property inspections, showings & appraisals, as needed
  • Complete research as necessary by collecting and analyzing property information
  • Create and distribute press releases
  • Create documents such as LOI’s, memoranda and other business-related correspondence
Position Requirements

Position requirements:

  • Colorado Real Estate License and 4-year college degree
  • Preferred 1+ years transaction management and/orcommercial real estate industry experience
  • Team player with ability to take direction from team members
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (EXCEL, Word and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Ability to problem-solve logically & practically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Resourceful, organized, dependable, planner, analyzer, logical, efficient and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms
